Do you use oracle decks? Angel cards? Faery cards? Animal power cards? Do you have a favourite deck?
I love the animal medicine cards by david carson. Another fav of mine is the goddess oracle by Doreen Virtue. I have quite a few but those two are my favourites. I am more of a Tarot person but sometimes it is nice to pull out a goddess or power animal card to show you who you can look to for help to get the outcome you desire. Depends on who you are reading for ofcourse

Well then I am sure they were needed by her or they wouldn't have gone with her. Which faery oracle you got? I have one by Brian Fround but it is like mental overload and I couldnt possibly use them for readings. Might get me the doreen virtue ones though

Snap! I dont mind it with the book but if I was given it without the book I would be totally lost about what to do next lol. That is why I love the goddess ones as I know what they represent and thus am able to say what they mean

Faeries Oracle by Brian Froud and also the heart of faerie oracle by brian froud and wendy froud. There are no words to describe how much i love these decks <3 I wasnt much of a faerie/fairy fan/believer but these decks are so beautiful. Sometimes i think i love them more than tarot lol I also have Oracle of Shadows and Light, Messages From Your Animal Spirit Guides, Earth Magic, druid animal oracle and mythic oracle greek pantheon

I shant list the ones I have right now as there are too many to remember without looking in the draw lol. I need so many more to get though as I really have a semi-serious addiction. Are either of you able to read the brian frounds ones without the book?

mystrick: that sounds like hard work, it would be very rewarding though.
Phoenix: I read tarot and oracle not so much by the meaning of the card in the book. But i think of my question, pull the cards and read the artwork more than the number or suit etc I've done a reading on my blog just now as an example of what i mean, if you want to check it out. I haven't looked at the "real" meanings of the cards yet, i might wait until i find out the answer to the question
