I'll kick this off with letting people know that I'm a herbalist. I just finish my first year of herbal studies at the American College of Healthcare Science in Portland, OR and will continue my schooling at the School of Traditional Western Herbalism ( www.portlandherbalschool.com ) next Spring. So feel free to ask me questions. If I don't know the answer off hand I have access to tons of research data sites and I have a large herbal library of my own. I wanted to start this off with the link to a awsome blog. I read this blog religiously. Kiva Rose has one of the greatest influence on me as a herbalist. The fact that she is a Rewilder also only makes her blog even sweeter. Her blog is huge and you can get lost for days reading it if you love herbalism. Her companion, Jesse Wolf Hardin is the one who coined the term Rewilder. Anyway, I highly recommend her blog for anyone interested in herbalism. I am so happy to have a herbalist in the group. There are lots I could learn from you and really wish too. What would you think of doing a group class for people that want to learn the basic of herbs, such as me lol?

No problem. We can work out the logistics later. I prefer to wait till the forum gets going and we have enough people interested. ;D

The classes sound like a great idea and I agree that it should be later on when the "population" is stable
